1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubTrackr, operated by BachirSaaS ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use SubTrackr.

2. Description of Service

SubTrackr is a subscription tracking application that allows users to monitor, manage, and gain insights into their recurring payments and subscriptions. The service is accessible at https://subtrackr.bachird.dev. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use SubTrackr, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use SubTrackr. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Use SubTrackr for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BachirSaaS. SubTrackr is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of the data you input into SubTrackr.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BachirSaaS, its owner, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service, any conduct or content of any third party on the service, or any content obtained from the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubTrackr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days of termination
• Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a prominent notice within the service. Your continued use of SubTrackr after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
